From start to finish, they are a wonderful combination of artistic sensibility, fine craftsmanship, professional communications, and friendliness. They also packaged and shipped our half-ton+ table better than any thing I have ever seen in my life. Although I have never met them in person, I hope I get to some day. The packaging was perfect and there were no issues with shipping. The lamp itself is absolutely stunning. It is even better than we expected. The woodwork and inlay turquoise are exquisite. At the start of the project, I had envisioned a novel pedestal mount in which the whitetail pedestal mount would be supported on a juniper stump sitting on a conventional square walnut base pedestal cabinet. Your creation (our new lamp) is a masterpiece and will be the center piece of our study/reading room. We even went out and bought a couple of recliners covered in fabric that matches the wood. The room was previously unfurnished with the exception of my desk (an old roll top). It (the light) needed a room of its own to show it off properly. I just wanted you both to know that we appreciate the fact that you stand by your product and are going through all the gyrations to help us with the shipping insurance remedy. Not all manufacturers would do that. I once told my wife I would never buy again from so far away (after 2 busted up lamps) but your actions have changed my mind. I would buy again from your company. Thank you very much for all the trouble you are putting yourselves through on our behalf.

The table arrived at about noon today and I cannot take my eyes off of it! The base is unbelievable & the turquoise in the top is perfect - not too much or too little. I have it on a cowhide rug in front of the fireplace. Such beautiful craftsmanship - well worth the wait.
