THE PIECE:  This twisted juniper double pedestal sets on a blue pine base. The base is sanded to a steal wool finish. The tops are leveled and sanded to a steel wool finish to make for easy mounting. The white wood is sanded to 220 finish. The dark wood is sand blasted. To complete the pedestal, we put a clear wood oil finish on it.

SIZE:  The heads would mount at 40'' tall and 35'' tall.

THE WOOD: For our Taxidermy Pedestals we 90% of the time use twisted juniper. We love working with the juniper due to how every piece is a one of a kind. The juniper has such a large diversity of shape and sizes that allows us to make all sorts of different types of taxidermy stands.  We will occasionally use burl pine for taxidermy stands as well.

RETURNS: We accept all returns within 7 days of your purchase, the item MUST be in the exact condition as when you purchased it. We will refund the purchase price. Shipping, handles and packing fees are not refunded. Return shipping is paid by the buyer.
